The place was spotless and the host was polite. The renovation looked great and the apartment had a kettle, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. Shops were just 500 meters away and the heating kept the room warm even in winter. The shower was a bit cold and the floor felt icy, plus there was no sugar.

The hosts were friendly and the apartment was very clean. The location was decent and the design was thoughtful, so I’d recommend it. But when neighbors moved in, they flooded the shower and left it messy. Even though the hosts had all the toiletries ready, the guests treated it as if it was theirs, which spoiled the vibe.

We chose Sevan mainly to be close to the lake and to let my mum relax among people and markets. The apartment was clean, the owners were kind, and we found everything we needed. I’d recommend it for families. The only downside was the rough roads that made it hard for my mum to walk to the lake.

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable, and beautiful, right in the center of Sevan. The hosts were very accommodating and had everything you need for cooking. Ellen was quick to respond and helped us get past the language barrier with her parents. I’m grateful for that.
