“Muy cómodo. Excelente ubicación.”
Very central, close to the metro and the Galata Tower, and the owner was excellent with the treatment. It’s a bit hidden and best suited for a couple or a solo traveler.

The hotel's central location, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and a short stroll from the Galata Tower, was a major plus. I also appreciated the secure entry system and the thoughtful touch of a hanger to indicate whether we wanted room service. The staff were all very eager to help, but unfortunately, the room itself had a strange odor and the window was difficult to open without using a chair. To make matters worse, the TV and water kettle didn't work.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent location, right next to the metro station. The staff was incredibly cooperative and friendly. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state. The shower cap was even stuck to the floor! The room itself was tiny, and the Wi-Fi connection was a struggle. To top it all off, there were 70 narrow, wooden stairs to climb to reach the top floor.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. We were greeted rudely and had a hard time finding the hotel - there's no sign, just a door without a bell. The location isn't ideal, with a nightclub right across the street and a lingering smell of cigarettes and trash. The room itself was old and run-down, with no Wi-Fi password or instructions provided.
