I’d like a cozier spot for night and evening chill‑outs, like a music and wine corner. It’s frustrating that customers have to pay an entry fee for the grab driver to pick them up at the lobby; all pickup drivers should receive a 15‑minute grace period for free.

The spot is fantastic—just a short walk to the two main malls in Pekanbaru, and the room was spotless and comfy, offering good value while the staff, especially Fiona at the front desk, were very professional.

The hotel kept a tidy environment, but the lift lobby felt a little crowded.

The place is well situated next to the shopping center, though the only drawback was the absence of Netflix; that didn't bother me.
