The location in Parque Fundidora, close to museums and Paseo Santa Lucía, offers an incredible view. I didn’t like that they had a huge screen but the national team match was shown on a tiny frame.

The hotel was excellent in terms of comfort, location, and the staff were very friendly. We went to an event at the Banamex auditorium, and it was super convenient to leave and walk at night through Parque Fundidora to the hotel. We were told during booking that paying a little more would include breakfast, so we paid that extra, but upon arrival they said it was only for adults, not for kids. That wasn’t specified in the reservation, which only mentioned breakfast included, and we were then charged 399 for each child—too high for not being warned.
