The hotel is very well maintained and the management is friendly, but it was very dry and everyone got a dry throat.

“Hotel de calidad, pero detalles mejorables”

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was an issue: we didn’t have a toilet brush, which was inconvenient, especially in a three‑room suite. I think it was an oversight. The shower had a broken soap dispenser and a clogged drain plug, there was little toilet paper, the bathroom door was flimsy, and privacy was limited.

“Indifferent service made this stay disappointing compared with our other hotel experiences.”

Reception staff were indifferent and inattentive, chatting with each other during check-in without explaining breakfast or Wi-Fi. The room-number Wi-Fi login did not work, so we had to ask for help. Staff were equally indifferent at check-out. The service fell well below that of other hotels we stayed at
