How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
One of the most stunning spots in Greece, and we enjoyed a lovely few days in September 2026. The locals and the cats were very friendly. The hotel’s look is very chic, and the AC was steady and quiet. Getting to the hotel is tough for anyone with mobility issues; it’s best to get help from the ferry port to carry your bags. The 56 steps up the alleyway are not for the faint of heart.

The location is perfect for easy access to the city center and offers a panoramic view from a well‑designed terrace. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious with thoughtful décor. We’ll definitely choose it again!

They use Coco‑Mat mattresses – the best in Greece and probably the world – so you get an amazing night’s sleep…

The Leonard Cohen room was comfortable, and the small balcony was an added bonus. The hotel’s location is great, and the rooftop provides amazing views. There are some stairs to reach the hotel, but that’s typical around Hydra.
