“Terrible customer service , poor leadership, even worse team members”

The management was terrible. I felt like I was being pranked when they moved me to the third room and I had to go back for my sixth key. It literally took me 2 hours to get into a room. The first room’s lock didn’t work and they had to clean it before. Then the second room’s key didn’t work, so I went back with the key and a man was already in the room. I couldn’t get into the third room before they put me in a handicap room.
