The front desk staff wore unprofessional clothing, no uniforms, and used headphones throughout the entire transaction. The hotel room was disgusting—mouldy smell, the A/C was full of mould, the beds were gross and extremely uncomfortable, with bed‑bug stains and poop on the mattress. Overall, a very disgusting experience and not worth the money. I will never stay there again or recommend it.
