The night‑shift front desk lady was helpful. The toilet was covered in pee when we arrived and there was a dead spider on the bathroom floor, clearly not cleaned. I told the front desk guy he didn’t do anything, so the night‑shift lady had to clean it.

The breakfast at this hotel was truly exceptional - I was impressed by the variety of options available. On the downside, I had specifically requested a handicap-accessible room, expecting a walk-in tub based on the pictures. Unfortunately, the actual tub was not walk-in and the side of the tub was too high for me to easily get into. It was a bit of a letdown, to be honest.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay, to say the least. Unfortunately, everything about the hotel fell short of my expectations. On the bright side, I didn't have any particularly high hopes to begin with, so I wasn't left feeling too disheartened. All in all, it was a lackluster experience.
