“Poor cleanliness, safety and service throughout our stay.”
The location was convenient for our work assignment, but the overall accommodation experience was disappointing. We were extremely disappointed with the condition and management of the place. There were serious concerns about cleanliness, safety, privacy, and comfort. On arrival there was no hot water, and despite repeated attempts to contact the host, our concerns were not addressed promptly. The property had periods without water and electricity during our stay. Cleanliness standards were unacceptable: dirty cups and plates were provided, the kettle contained cockroaches, and the microwave and fridge had unpleasant odours. Bedding was not changed during the stay, and the overall condition was far below expectations. As a female guest traveling for work, I also had safety and privacy concerns. There appeared to be no visible security measures, and my room had no curtains while other rooms did, leaving me feeling exposed and uncomfortable. The advertised Wi‑Fi was unreliable or unavailable, and complaints raised during the stay were largely ignored. Unfortunately, this was not the standard of accommodation we expected and would not recommend it without significant improvements.
