How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very helpful and courteous, always trying to keep you comfortable; the price was promotional and worth every cent, the room was clean, the bathroom tidy, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning good, and breakfast had plenty of items, well served and high quality. Still, everything was great except the taste of one of the breakfast cakes was off, and the pool water was a bit cloudy, but otherwise it was exceptional!

The room was comfortable, but it only had air‑conditioning and was very noisy; it needs a lot of improvement.

I liked how the staff, especially Eduardo at reception and the kitchen girls, welcomed us warmly. I did not like room 3 because it was in a deplorable state: moldy walls, broken floor, a rusted mini‑fridge, a terrible bathroom that was unusable, and exposed wiring. The next day I spoke to Eduardo about a possible change, and the manager responded quickly. Please fix this room.

The room itself was decent, but the pool was dirty on a sunny Sunday.

This place offers the best value on Praia do Francês. The facilities are old, but that doesn’t hurt overall comfort. The single room is small but can accommodate one person well.
