The stay was pleasant in a garden‑city setting, tastefully furnished and well equipped, with a beautiful, spacious room and a bathroom. Cleanliness, modern furnishings and a quiet neighbourhood were present. It was nice that the owner’s flat is completely separated from the rooms used by guests on the floor. The common kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and modern, with enough space for everyone in one of the two refrigerators. The blinds and air conditioning are positive features everywhere, although we did not use the AC because it was not necessary. The owner was very helpful and accommodating in everything. The town centre, Tavas Cave, is a 10‑15 minute walk away. The owner is very good‑natured, kind and helpful. The only thing that could be mentioned as not liked is the slightly thin door, which can make the hallway a bit noisy for other residents. Additionally, our room was directly adjacent to the kitchen, which has wall cabinets. Their doors and drawers close loudly, which is quite disruptive if someone does not close the kitchen cabinets gently, especially in the morning when the kitchen is active. It would be worth installing dampening devices on the doors and drawers where they are missing. Because we were in a room without a balcony, a small drying rack for beach items and towels would have been useful (we did not find one). The bed frame was quite squeaky, which was disturbing when sleeping. These are really just small details. Everything else was great!

The owners are warm and attentive to every detail, the cleanliness is impeccable, and flexibility is outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely return…😊

I stayed in a clean, well-equipped apartment where the room was also spotless and met all my comfort needs. The host was friendly and accommodating, flexibly handling our early arrival and requests. No complaints.
