The room was large, clean, and well-equipped, and the location was fine in an area with few lodging options. However, there was no service: over the three days we only saw the very young son of the concierge (I think), who didn’t speak or understand English and didn’t know where the toilet paper supply was (there wasn’t any at all when we arrived), and we called the manager or owner several times without getting answers. When we asked in advance for a tuk‑tuk to reach the guesthouse, the reply was: “Sorry for late reply you can find the tuk‑tuk there because we don’t have the tuk‑tuk you can just tell the name of our guesthouse. We don’t have the contact with tuk‑tuk.” The first tuk‑tuk drivers we met on site (at 1 km) didn’t know the place either.
