Very pleasant and smiling welcome! The rooms are spacious and clean! And we enjoyed the restaurant.

The bed was very comfortable, nice view, good location. Very close to the train station and the monastery/curative park. The bathroom was somewhat old‑fashioned in 70s design (the room itself was more modern). The windows could only be opened fully, not tilted. Breakfast was okay, but only the fairly large selection of soft cheeses was better than the usual average. The restaurant menu seemed somewhat arbitrary (something for everyone, but no real focus). In my meal I found a scrap of aluminium foil… it tasted fine otherwise (North African specialty).

The room wasn’t brand‑new but it was fine. The host did everything possible to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was more than enough for me, and the dinner was also plentiful and tasty. The location was great, with the train station just 100 m away, so a car wasn’t necessary. Only downside: there weren’t many people at dinner, but on the last night it was packed and that was too much for the host who was alone handling service.
