The staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They even gave us a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were big and spacious, and the weather was perfect when we visited in December. However, the location was a bit of a letdown - the road leading up to the entrance was poorly lit, and the pool water could have been cleaner. The food was good, but the options were limited.

From Sudhanshu to Chong, every single person went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The property itself is beautiful, but it's the little touches that made my experience truly special. I left with a big smile on my face and can't wait to come back.
