The air‑conditioning didn’t work. The issue was first denied, then admitted, but no solution was offered. Moreover, there was noise on the hallway all night and the rooms were not acoustically insulated.

The restaurant was good, though it was disappointing that the staff seemed rushed to finish service in the evening; the city center reception was welcoming. A fridge in the room would have been welcome, and there was no electric charging point for the car.
