The location is good and the hotel is very friendly to disabled guests. Staff speak slowly and respect the language issues that foreign tourists might have. The cleaning and disinfecting supplies should change to a less irritating scent; when you enter the room you can clearly smell the strong disinfectant from the bathroom.

I would come back to this hotel! The bed is great, the location excellent. I walked from the bus station, the breakfast was good, and the bus stop is great.

The staff’s attitude was very good and friendly. The rooms were clean and the location is excellent, with the pier and long‑distance bus station just steps away, making travel very convenient. There is a large supermarket across the street for easy shopping, and there are many nearby restaurants for dining. Some small bathroom accessories need updating, such as the foot‑pushed trash can lid that doesn’t work and the missing stopper for the sink drain; these are minor issues that I hope the hotel will replace or repair.

The host on arrival was helpful and showed us where to park our motorcycle at the top of the garage entrance ramp in the corner. He was welcoming and delightful. The room was clean. Breakfast on the first day was chaotic: 18 seats in a small breakfast room. People finished their meals and sat talking for a long time (I saw four people still there 50 minutes later), while others couldn’t get a seat and had to take food back to their rooms because they couldn’t enter the breakfast area. It needs improvement, although the staff were delightful.

The room was very pleasant and everything was very clean. The location near the port is excellent and the staff were polite. The shower was not great; the water went from cold to too hot and back again. Breakfast was okay, but the room was very small for the number of people using the space, so we were in each other’s way at the coffee machine, probably because we were there at the busiest time.
