“Excellent and convenient place.”

The hotel sits just a stone’s throw from the train station, making it easy to locate. The rooms were clean and well kept, and having a small fridge with a freezer compartment plus a microwave was a nice touch. I liked the free capsule coffee, tea, and hot water available in the kitchen area on level 1. Breakfast was decent, offering plenty of croissants—both chocolate and savoury—along with a small sponge cake, muesli bars, and apples. Room service could use some improvement: one night the towel I requested was already used, and another room had a used towel left in the bathroom corner. Overall, we were happy and enjoyed our stay.

“Not good”

The location was great. However, there was no proper room service, and the damage deposit was not released on time.
