We didn’t have breakfast. They could have offered coffee in the room; they did offer to give me coffee when I mentioned it, but that was a little too late. Also, the coffee maker and bar were located by the bathroom sink!

Communication was a nightmare. Staff didn't speak English well, so getting anything done was frustrating. I had to write notes or use my phone to translate. It made the stay feel a bit isolated.

The quality was top‑notch for the price I paid. The staff were super helpful, always ready to assist. I felt like I got a lot of value for my money.

The hotel sits right in the city center, so getting to tourist spots is a breeze. Lots of tasty restaurants nearby and there's a laundry room. The breakfast place, though, was underwhelming.

The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were welcoming. They even included a snack in the evening, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for porcelain sites, and the self‑service washer and dryer were efficient. The iron was leaking and not very useful, though.
