I’ve stayed here twice; the spot is good and the rates are low, and the sleeping area was comfy, yet the bathroom had black mold, the shower curtain was ripped, the towels looked like they’d been inked, and after four days I had to beg for the room to be cleaned once; we couldn’t eat the free breakfast because mice were scurrying on the floor and around the counter where the food was served; when I requested a late checkout, the desk agent asked for my last name and room number, which I gave, but the next morning Barbara scolded me for not leaving at 11:00 am because the desk agent had forgotten to note the approval on my file.
