The hotel is very clean. Beds and the sofa bed were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The only wish was that we could have stayed longer.

I booked this hotel thinking it would be a convenient option due to its proximity to the hospital, but unfortunately, my stay was uneventful and lacked any notable highlights. The hotel seemed to be doing its job, but I didn't experience anything that would make me want to return or recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which started with a stylish lobby that offered plenty of cozy seating areas. My room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was a highlight, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location made it easy to access local attractions like the botanical gardens and Ted Drewe's. The fitness center looked impressive, although I didn't have a chance to use it.
