The staff here was super helpful, which was great.
The breakfast was excellent and dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious too.
The location was amazing, no complaints there.
Everything was spotless and I loved the atmosphere.

Service was amazing!
“Could be better. Dated internal facilities.”
The front of the building feels old-fashioned and dated, and a renovation with a stylish touch would be welcome. It has a historic vibe that should be preserved but refreshed; I understand it’s a tough job, yet the structure deserves it.
“Cena nieadekwatna do jakości”
The location on the Warsaw‑Kraków route and the large parking lot were positives. The rooms are neglected, with door handles falling off; they need a renovation. Breakfast is very sparse for the extra fee.
A beautiful palace set in a picturesque park, a comfortable room, and courteous staff. It’s a pity there isn’t a kettle in the room to make hot drinks.
Everything looked tidy and beautiful, the building is in a park, a peaceful spot, good parking, friendly staff, lovely rooms. However, the mattresses had sprung coils that popped out and the plastic strap under the bed was unpleasant and itchy. Because it was hot at night, I couldn’t keep the window open since a compressor was running behind the windows. The toilet tank filled slowly and worked poorly, and the shower enclosure was leaking.
