“A beautiful and relaxing stay with amazing complimentary perks, delicious breakfast and plenty of beautiful OOTD spots!”
We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Navakiri, thanks to the many complimentary amenities and thoughtful touches that made us feel valued. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself is stunning, offering plenty of picturesque spots for photos and OOTD, and everything looked aesthetic and well‑maintained. Honestly, we had a wonderful stay and couldn't find much to complain about.
The exterior looked nice, but the air conditioning was poor and the wash basin outside the toilets didn't stay cold.
“Gorgeous design - and families love it!”
The design was superb, with a real flair—elegant and surprisingly not typical of Thai architecture. The rooms were well appointed and definitely a cut above many that might cost twice as much. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit meat‑heavy, so we vegetarians had to hunt for a wide selection of meat‑free options at the buffet. The only other drawback was that the hotel has become very popular with families with young children; since all rooms face the pool, the shrieks of excitement seep into the rooms, and at breakfast, arriving at 8 am feels like a kindergarten. For a one‑night stay focused on real elegance, it’s a perfect fit and we’d highly recommend it, especially because the staff are so helpful and friendly. For a romantic getaway seeking peace and quiet, look elsewhere.
The staff were super nice, helpful, and warm.
The property was clean, and all facilities and amenities were well maintained. We were not aware that there is an extra charge for children over 4.
