The owners are so nice and helpful, they speak English and French, the place is spotless, visitors from Albania talk about hospitality, but I didn’t see it much elsewhere—just these owners were kind and respectful. They also have a nice terrace with a beautiful view over the city.

The couple running the place are fantastic and have supported us from the start; they’re very helpful. The balcony view of Gorica is a big plus, perfect for evenings. Parking can be tricky for people renting cars (segment A) because of the steep driveway; we had mild trouble getting our Volkswagen Polo in. A better option is the nearby parking close to the center (owners know which one) that costs 300 lek for the whole day.

The reception was warm even though we were two hours late; they waited for us to arrive. The bed was great and the view of Berat was stunning. The owners speak French, which we highly recommend.

The owner was super friendly. We stayed in the budget room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. The terrace view was amazing. The narrow street to get there was a bit tight, but the owner helped a lot; it’s just a short walk.
