Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I was in a hotel or a motel; I stayed only two hours and figured a night would be unpleasant. The smell wasn’t very pleasant either.

The front desk staff were excellent, super polite and helpful. One thing to note: there are no outlets near the bed; the only ones are by the front door and in the bathroom, which makes it hard to charge a phone.

Great location and quick room service. However, many of the room’s buttons don’t work (almost all) and there’s no control to adjust the air‑conditioner temperature.

I booked this place to catch a game at the Arena; the location is perfect, a bus stops right in front, there’s a bakery next door, and the drive to the stadium takes about 5 to 10 minutes. The staff are very attentive. My friend and I stayed in a room with a double bed, and after the game a friendly employee (I can’t remember his name, a Palmeiras fan, haha) kindly moved us to a room with separate beds. The rooms are well cleaned. Breakfast is good, the price is very reasonable, and they deserve kudos – it will definitely be my choice for future late‑night game trips.

Staff, service, and value for money are solid. The air conditioner could have a temperature setting.
