Breakfast was fine and the hotel offered good value, yet the room needed vacuuming, the shower faucet leaked, lowering water pressure at the head, and the drain emptied slowly.

They don’t supply toothbrushes or toothpaste, which matters to travelers; I also didn’t receive a Wi‑Fi password, and when I returned to the front desk asking for a written guide with the service desk extension, Wi‑Fi info, etc., a male staff member with a small dog merely handed me a business card that lacked internal phone details. I didn’t go back.
