The view, scenery, interior, and breakfast were good, yet the wood‑fire spa bath was unusable for physically challenged guests, the concrete steps at the stoep were very high and challenging, and a ramp or metal rail would be needed to hold onto when using the steps.

The location was heavenly with a spectacular view, the comforts were perfect, and the staff and hostess were first class; no complaints.

The whole place was set up so well, very quiet, and relaxing.

The establishment was close to Tulbagh, but on a farm that gave it a country feel; the room was spacious, well equipped, and offered beautiful farm views, and the personalized olive oil from the farm to buy was a nice touch to remember our stay; we only stayed one night but we will be back.
