The staff were good, but the staff and cleanliness were lacking.

The place itself was fine, but the service was terrible from the moment we arrived: my sister and I were told to pull our luggage, the house service staff looked at us and spoke normally, then pointed us to the front desk and told us to come get our bags. At least he was polite, but the staff said “okay, no problem this time, we’ll serve you.” When we went to the buffet, the Indian breakfast was a mess, and the beverage attendants were very slow. In the morning, my sister had already left and said that unfortunately no one was serving us. We paid 1800 riyals for three people, and when we asked for an extra bed, they said the third person would sleep on the floor. They didn’t even bring a blanket or pillow. I left very upset and will never repeat this experience.
