Everything was perfect. The room was excellent, the breakfast was very plentiful, and the shuttle to the beach was spot on. No wish was left unfulfilled. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with every question. Overall, a very good hotel with courteous and accommodating staff. The breakfast was good and varied. The only small issue was the coffee machine.

The pool, parking, and breakfast were nice. The rooms were a bit small for two adults and two kids, there was a lot of residual humidity in the rooms, and while the garden was easily accessible from the room it was shared with other rooms on the same floor, so there was no privacy.

The breakfast was very tasty and the staff were very attentive, especially since we had booked a different room category. It was very clean, and everything could be borrowed—umbrellas, beach mats, and the shuttle to La Pelosa beach. We had booked a sea‑view room, which had a window in the room but a balcony facing the street. The previous room had a terrace that was shared with neighbors and sold as a sea‑view terrace. You looked more at the roofs than the sea, unless you stood. For a three‑star hotel and the location, it was very expensive even in the off‑season.

The room, cleanliness, collection, dining room, and parking were good. We were assigned a room without a sea view as booked, and it was immediately changed. The bathroom product was still in the sachets.

I was surprised by how large and clean it was for the price. Breakfast was fine, the staff were very kind and helpful, and they spoke good English. The bathroom was a bit disappointing because of its old condition.
