We stayed in an apartment that had a kitchen, bathroom, and two rooms with one double bed and three single beds in total. Outside the apartment there was a common area with tables, chairs, and a barbecue, which we used. There were plenty of towels and blankets, plus a heater (it got chilly at night). The shower water was warm, and overall the bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very friendly and gave us several tips about driving and what to see on our way to Lüderitz. The only downside was that at night the kitchen was full of tiny cockroaches (they scurried over the counter and near the stove and sink). In the end we didn’t use the kitchen because it gave us a bad feeling, so we opted for the outdoor barbecue. In the morning there were no cockroaches, and we could make coffee without problems.
