“L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, mais le reste est très décevant”

The location was secure and the wellness area looked promising, but it was dirty and the jacuzzi was filled with grime stuck to the sides. We arrived, contacted the service agent, waited 45 minutes, and called Booking because we didn’t have a room number. The person came without offering an apology, and we finally got the room. The bathroom light was broken, the room trash was not emptied, and when we tried to use the wellness area—jacuzzi, sauna—the jacuzzi was filthy, with a lot of stuck dirt all around the water level.

The accommodation was new, easy to reach, the room was spacious and clean, and it matched the picture. It had a small, fully equipped kitchen. Parking was safe, and the entrance card worked; the site was close to the metro and less than half an hour away from the Domum square. The only note: the booking mentioned a washing machine in the room, but I couldn’t find one.

“Séjour sympathique mais absolument pas reposant”

The room was roomy, the bathroom spotless with good bedding, and the location was spot‑on, but the soundproofing was a disaster – we could hear neighbors talking and the cleaning ladies vacuuming in the mornings. Trying to catch some sleep on one of those mornings was impossible, and we even thought a move‑in was happening in the room next to ours.

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and had all the essentials like private parking, a stove, fridge, and small dishes. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and although we didn’t get a chance to use the spa, it was included. The metro station is a 5‑minute walk, making the location perfect for exploring Milan.
