How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The property is well maintained, spotless and equipped with all comforts, the owner is truly kind and helpful, even though there were some issues with the light bulbs and the alarm, he managed to fix everything quickly and, as a courtesy for the inconvenience, he brought us breakfast!! Highly recommended

“Buona ma da migliorare”

Francesco was definitely an exceptional host, always ready for any question and helped us a lot to make our stay good. The description of the property on booking… there is no coffee machine as described and it isn’t stated that room cleaning is not included, yet Francesco also helped with that

“Perfekt, danke”

Very friendly and helpful host, straightforward and very reliable. The room is modern, has a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom and everything was very clean

“Ottimo soggiorno!”

Francesco is among the kindest and most available hosts I’ve ever met; the rooms are impeccably clean and have a truly well‑crafted aesthetic. Great location and the room is quiet

Everything was precise, clean and comfortable, and the area was good for services. The only small thing in the room is that there is a kettle but no tea bags
