Só do atendimento na portaria. Do suporte ao cliente, por ter que sair do hotel, por questões de emergência, onde foi pago três diárias, e fiquei somente metade de 1 diária, e não ter conseguido ao menos um reembolso de duas pelo fato ocorrido, lamentável a política desse

The service was excellent, breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and the shower was great. The hotel advertises a pool, but that claim is misleading because the pool was filthy – it was full of dead insects, plastic cups, hair, and bacteria, a real disgust. The surrounding area was covered in pigeon droppings and other bird mess. The pool had not been cleaned for over a month, and after we complained on the first day, no one cleaned it. Even a broom, water, and soap would have been enough to tidy up the edges and shower area.
