The staff were very kind and helpful, but the bar on the ground floor was noisy.

The location is great—Klatovy Square is just around the corner. Breakfast was perfect, and there was no issue with gluten‑free or lactose‑free options. When we returned to our room, the electronic key didn’t work well; it took about ten attempts to get in—maybe we were just clumsy. The room’s wardrobe was too shallow; we couldn’t hang suits or dresses, and it wouldn’t close after we put them in. I couldn’t prove my identity with the electronic ID either.

Everything was clean, the spot is good, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly.

The pension is lovely, the room is spacious and tidy, and there’s a fridge plus a coffee and tea set available. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Parking can be done at the square a short walk from the pension, and you can leave luggage there.
