How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I didn't enjoy many aspects of the stay; breakfast was missing, the room we received felt like a dirty boarding room, and there were no bathroom amenities or Wi‑Fi.

Everything was a disappointment: no signage, hard to get in, my booking wasn’t honored, there was no hot water, no soap or toilet paper, the place was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and mosquitoes were everywhere.

The hotel was close to a lot of handy spots, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was good, but I booked one room and was given a different one because they claimed it was “better”; the bathroom was awful with water splashing everywhere, everything felt old and worn, the beds were clean but very basic, the mattresses were soft, and the air‑conditioner was very noisy.

We booked four rooms but received only three, and the rooms were very different from the pictures; the stay was uncomfortable because the facilities were outdated, the bathroom was cramped with clogged drainage, there was no hot water, and the mirror was tiny; the dormitory, which looked like an old apartment, had just one bathroom for ten people, adding to our discomfort.
