“Great hotel with high quality services”
I’ve stayed here before and it’s consistently clean, with polite and helpful staff; the lounge area and restaurant are outstanding. The only gripe is that the breakfast could offer more variety.
Thank you so much. Everything was fantastic—clean, and any issues were fixed right away without delay. We had a calm and enjoyable stay in a very peaceful and beautiful district. After leaving the hotel, we found a great mall and restaurants nearby with no trouble. We used the gym and had a great time. Greetings, love, and respect from Kazakhstan.

The hotel was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Day Time manager Mr Servet was very experienced and helpful . Such a big hotel should employ more like him. Mr Servet was very knowledgeable and very kind . We did not like the dinner. It was ok but very limited choices. The food was repeated and only 6 choices on the menu. It was boring for children. We have given feedback at the reception as well as to Manager Mr Servet about the food menu to be changed or put more choices . Every night the same menus
