Sehr nettes Personal, sowie Late Check in, da wir erst um 02.00 Uhr Nachts angekommen sind. Die Klima hat sich sehr gut einstellen lassen und war nicht zu penetrant. Sehr sauber. Es wäre nur schön gewesen, zumindest 1-2 Wasser in der Minibar zu haben, vor allem, wenn Nachts angereist wird
La ubicación y el trato del personal del comedor. La limpieza de habitaciones y el horario de la cena y piscina. Cerrar el comedor a las 9h es muy pronto, además si bajas a las 8.30h no reponen ciertos alimentos
“decent place to relax outside Palma”
The place is close to the bus stop to Palma and the airport, the beach, shops, and restaurants. There’s a billiards table and a large lounge near the lobby, and the staff are very helpful. In summer the outdoor pool closes at 20:00, which is when it’s finally in the shade and the perfect time to relax in the water; please consider extending the pool closing time in summer to 21:00–22:00. There’s no access to the indoor pool in summer, and we had a small ant invasion in our room.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were huge and left no wishes unfulfilled, with very good quality. The location in the second row from the beach promenade and about a kilometre from the party hotspot was ideal—close to the beach, in the middle, yet quiet. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Unfortunately, I had no view from the small balcony, only another balcony and a wall, but that was not a problem for me. The mattress quality was okay, but the two mattresses in the double‑bed‑style twin beds slid apart quickly. I was especially struck by the extraordinary joy and friendliness with which some staff carried out their work in the dining room. I would love to come back. I booked a stay with breakfast, but on some evenings I joined the buffet for €15 (plus drinks). That is really fantastic for that price. The pool is very nice, with enough loungers. I saw several times that the water quality was checked, which matches the image of a well‑maintained pool. The water was not overly chlorinated, it didn’t smell like chlorine as often elsewhere, and it was very pleasant to swim and dive. I wouldn’t say I disliked it, but I did notice that the evening entertainment was rather simple. Those who expect high‑quality entertainment will find it lacking.

The location and the structure itself are not bad. The staff. Perhaps we were unlucky, but as soon as we arrived they spoke German… When I said Italian they looked at me badly and continued in English without smiling even once. They seemed really annoyed. The room had already been paid for, but the daily costs of about €20 were missing. I didn’t understand that they were to be paid immediately and even there they treated us a bit… We felt not very welcomed. Check‑out is at 12 pm, but they deactivated the room entry earlier and we still had our luggage inside. Perhaps because the property is large, the customer relationship is less intimate.
