The hotel didn’t live up to what I expected; it felt more like a motel and the service was just average. The rooms were clean, but the linen and basic toiletries were lacking, and the breakfast options for international guests were limited.

The location was great and the place was clean. However, they only marked the direction of the Kaaba on the ceiling and didn’t provide a prayer mat. At exactly one o’clock in the morning, the electricity was cut off, and the hotel should have had a diesel generator as an alternative power source.

Almost in the city center, everything was just a 5‑minute walk away. Parking was convenient and there was a charging point for electric cars.
