“Perfect getaway in the hills of Tuscany”

Sandra was the kindest and most courteous host you could wish for! We were lucky enough that she offered us to extend our stay for another night since it was the end of the season. So we spent three days in her wonderful holiday house and couldn’t get enough of the beautiful and lush surroundings. The kitchen and bathrooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The Apartment in general was very spacious and felt brand new, but very cosy at the same time. Everything in the apartment and around the house was beautifully furnished with attention to detail. We felt like we were at home. Sandra’s recommendations were also very helpful and she made us feel very welcome. But Sandra’s kindness didn’t stop there. We forgot something in the apartment as we left and Sandra went out of her way to get it back to us, even shipping it to Germany! Thank you so much again for the great time at Ca’ Maranghi! We will definitely be coming back!

The location is very quiet and far from everything, but very pretty if you want to escape the chaos. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean, tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention paid to aesthetics and those details. The host is very sweet and friendly. The entrance to the accommodation is quite dangerous, it’s on a bend so you need a good maneuver, I don’t recommend coming at night. The host prepared us and gave us detailed instructions about the entrance.

“Stunning”

I’ve booked many times over the years, but this was genuinely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The property surpassed the photos and exceeded every expectation. Everything is beautifully designed with exceptional detail. The house feels traditional and full of character while also being modern, practical, and extremely comfortable. It has everything you could need: two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an incredibly comfortable bed with four pillows, and ample space inside and outside. The garden and outdoor areas are wonderful—green grass, nature everywhere, several seating spots, and above all, complete peace and quiet. We slept perfectly each night. The value for money is outstanding. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels so well thought out and the reality is even better than the listing photos. A special thank you to Sandra—her communication from start to finish was warm, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. She made the whole experience even better. Everything was perfect. I would return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you very much, Sandra!

“Un incubo”

Cleanliness was good. The mattress was warped because it was old; the windows lacked screens, and there were no curtains—only crocheted blinds that let you see inside the apartment, especially at night. The internet was unreliable, and phones had no reception inside the building. The road leading to the house was a sharp curve in a very dangerous spot. We paid for three nights but, after not sleeping well, we left the next morning after just one day. When we asked to pay for only one night, we were told we had to pay for the entire stay.

We had the pleasure of staying in the villa for several days. The place shines primarily with its tranquility, silence, and unique, intimate atmosphere. The large garden and private terrace allow you to detach from everyday noise. The house itself is tastefully decorated. The rustic interiors have a remarkable vibe while remaining comfortable and functional. The host is friendly, communicative, and very helpful. This place has soul, and we would definitely want to return.
