“WARNING, they will not care about your stay as long as you pay”

The place was a nightmare, roaches everywhere and the staff were awful. They barely offered any help and tried to charge for every small thing. For example, Red Roof only allowed early check‑in when there was availability, usually 9 out of 10 times, and only after 11/12 PM, and they added a $20 per hour early‑check fee. The room was filthy, the ice machine didn’t work, the staff attitude was terrible, and the pest problem was unacceptable.

“Roach infested dump!”

I absolutely hated everything about this trash‑dump hotel. It was dirty and infested with roaches, spiders, flies, and gnats.

“To sum up my stay, I would say never ever go there”

I didn’t like a single thing; the room smelled bad and I saw roaches within 10 minutes of entering. The front desk was useless, refusing to refund me, and I even had to bring the roach to them.

The location was fine, but the staff and owners seemed to have given up. The place was dirty with mold and maintenance clearly neglected. I expected at least basic cleanliness and upkeep.
