The location was spot‑on and the beds were comfy, but the room itself felt a bit dirty and carried a nasty smell. We expected breakfast because it was listed on the booking, only to discover it wasn’t included, so we ended up eating elsewhere instead.

The location was great. I didn’t like how the hotel handled check‑in. I’d never been charged a no‑show fee before my stay. They told me I’d been charged one full night the night before checking in and then forced me to pay the whole stay before I even checked out, with no option to pay later. That was absurd. The policy needs updating because I wasn’t charged the $250 deposit at check‑in. I was charged my price, $25 a night for parking, and $284.77 a full 24 hours before I arrived.

The spot was good, just a walk from English Beach, Granville Island and Stanley Park. A bus stops right at the front door for central Vancouver and it’s easy to find tasty restaurants, pubs and take‑aways. Only the shower was a bit off – but it was cleaned beautifully every day and otherwise super comfy.

The location and the staff’s professionalism were great. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. It was our second visit, we had a larger room, and it was easier to balance heat, AC and the window. Balancing the heating, the AC and the window was a hassle. Having breakfast in a sports bar didn’t start the day well.

El desayuno es espectacular, muy buena ubicación. El restaurante está fuera del hotel y suele ser ruidoso, y a veces el espacio es limitado.
