The staff were great and the place was clean, but the noise was terrible; the walls are poorly built, you can hear everything—from your neighbor’s voice or the TV, people talking in the halls, doors slamming shut. You can also hear the noise from outside, cars, BART, the car dealer, etc.; the hotel is very poorly built.

Otelin genelinde gürültü sorunu var. Otoyol, demiryolu, havalandırma sistemi, çarpılarak kapanan kapılar, diğer odalardan gelen gürültüler vs. sebeplerle 3 kez oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca üzeeinden gönderdiğim mesajlara bakmadılar bile. Rezervasyon sırasında bana un verdiği bilgiler de eksik veya yanlıştı. Mesela 100$ depozito alınacağı rezervasyon şartlarında yok, ama otel talep etti. da Otelin park yeri olmadığı veya park için gecelik 10$ istendiği gibi yanlış bilgiler veriliyor. Hilton grubundaki oteller ile arasında ciddi iletişim sorunları var

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the hotel itself looked fresh and well kept because it’s new. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering hot dishes, fruit, juices, muffins, waffles, and cereal. The spot is convenient, with the BART station just a 3‑minute drive away and several stores nearby. The main flaw was the noise: the soundproofing was lacking, so we could hear people walking in the room above us, guests moving through the hallway, and conversations outside the room. The bedsheets felt thin and weren’t as soft or fluffy as I’d hoped, and the pillows sank easily, offering little support. The bedding quality could definitely be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
