The motel room was quite spacious for our needs, but there was some miscommunication about a requirement for a family room being 3 adults, so we were booked into 2 rooms instead of one; the manager resolved the matter on arrival.

It’s close to town, but on Saturday the room wasn’t maintained even though we cleaned it, the shower tap leaked, the lamp had no light bulb, and there was a stain on a carpet square on the floor.

The room was very noisy, with a strong smell of pungent cooking and a loud family in the next room whose door sealing was poor, yet the location right on Main Street was convenient; the noise from the next door and the possibility of a family managing the place were the main drawbacks.
