The customer service I received was the best I’ve ever experienced, especially thanks to Karam who handled a difficult situation and arranged compensation. I also appreciated the staff at the water park, the housekeeping team, and the attentive service at Basilico. Nobody ever asked for extra money; they simply wanted us to be happy and enjoy our stay.

The place is great, the facilities are awesome with swimming pools and water play areas. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and the view is fantastic. The beach is shallow and the lunch and dinner menus lack variety—good taste but very few options, especially on the seafood day. Children who don’t like fish and seafood have almost no choices.

Excellent hotel—spent 5 days there with my wife, had wonderful nights. The room was very clean, the food was delicious and varied, the sea and pools were amazing, and all staff were friendly and helpful. A big shout‑out to Mr. Kar. We really enjoyed it and will definitely return. Thanks to the Sunrise Azalea team!

The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Karam who helped us until the last day. The food quality was good and the facilities were solid. The beach wasn’t clean and I wish there were more food options.
