The place itself is great, close to Naples’ main sights, with a variety of restaurants and cafés, and the suite is well kept. Getting in by car is very difficult right now because of road work, and the pillows were hard.

The spot is great, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was no Neanke water bottle when I arrived, and the room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check‑in time.

The place sits right in the center, opposite Galeria Umberto and about a ten‑minute walk to the port, with a lift from ground level to the first floor which was handy for our luggage. The room was spacious and the bed super comfy, though it only had a few amenities and shared kitchen access. We didn’t use the kitchen because we’d go out daily for food and drinks. The room was clean but not flawless—dust behind the bed and near the sofa bed. Overall, great value for the location and room size. The downside was the loud noise from street restaurants; ear plugs would help. The air‑con worked but wasn’t very powerful.

If you can snag a room away from the front street side, we stayed in 203 and heard a lot of street noise; otherwise everything was perfect, 10/10.

I highly recommend it; the check‑in was late, but the staff waited outside and helped me. The place is clean, indulgent, and close to the airport. I’d suggest arriving early because if you’re late, the check‑in cost rises by 30 euros.
