“Spotless rooms and a great base to explore the area.”

Really clean, the online check‑in worked well for us since we arrived very late; the location is perfect for exploring Canmore and Banff, the room is a great size, the bathroom facilities are fantastic, and those shower wall jets have changed my life.

The location was great, but the unit itself was low and dark; opening the blinds felt like a fish tank with every passerby peeking in. On arrival we learned the room wasn’t ready because of a staff shortage, and we encountered maintenance problems such as a broken washing machine and non‑working overhead lights in the lounge.

“Beautiful location but a complicated process.”

The space was beautiful, exactly what we needed, very comfortable and well‑designed. However, the booking process had hassles: a few months after booking I was asked for extra payment, which felt like a hack of the group. On check‑in I was required to provide additional incidentals details, which was concerning after the earlier messages. The process was complicated, forcing me to call the team for check‑in instructions after giving my card, and although I understand the need for security, the earlier compromised system messages eroded trust.

“Great apartment near the lovely town centre”

The apartment was fantastic, with convenient parking and easy access, and there was nothing to complain about.

The room was decent with a good mountain view, but the check‑in time of 4 pm was already late and the room wasn’t ready until well after 6 pm. The management team refused to communicate and claimed they would refund $60 on a $900 a night rental, which was pathetic. I do not recommend this place; there are better rentals throughout Canmore.
