The location was the biggest plus, breakfast was mediocre at first but turned out to be very good, and the manager was friendly and helped us avoid scams from aggressive vendors. However, the housekeeper was rude—she knocked on the door loudly at 8:45 a.m. to tell us we only had 45 minutes left for breakfast even though it ran until 10:30 a.m.; she also forced us out of the room before check‑out to clean it, completed the cleaning in 15 minutes by just changing sheets, taking out the trash, and mopping, and on the last day she turned off the hot water.

The floor was so dusty. Bathroom door doesn't have look properly. Not good with family. No water on daily basis he only give me 4 small bottles at arrivel after asking then we ask agian he was looking for money. Air-condition not working properly. Breakfast was very little amount and re heated. I would not recommend any one with family. The only good thing he did was arranged bloon ride for good money

I really liked the location and the ground‑floor room was a big help for my mom in a wheelchair. We could also watch the hot air balloon from the terrace, and the place is close to the town area and easy to find. I wish breakfast could start earlier.
