The hotel staff greeted me warmly, yet I wish they had provided a mini‑fridge.
I booked a room with two separate beds, but upon arrival I was given a room with a single double bed and they said they had no such rooms available; the air‑conditioner ran at full power with no fan speed adjustment, and when I asked for a remote they said the director had it and they couldn't give it to me, so they couldn't solve the issue; the result was a +35 °C street temperature, the AC was noisy, and I couldn't sleep.
