Overall highly recommended! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, a family‑run place. The room was nice with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The location was very quiet (best reached by car) and had a cozy atmosphere. We had a great stay and only a few minor things that could be improved: no shower gel (only shampoo), loose toilet lid, the cushion on the terrace was quite dirty—probably because it’s exposed all year. Also the ashtray wasn’t emptied, even though we’re non‑smokers.

We spent a fantastic time at Soleado Cappadocia Hotel and were blown away by the service. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. We booked two rooms—one for our parents and one for the rest of our family. Both rooms felt cozy, comfortable, and spotless. The shower worked flawlessly, and the hotel remained very peaceful and quiet. Each morning we savored a tasty breakfast with hot tea. Because the weather was quite chilly during our visit, we especially valued how warm and cozy the rooms felt. The jacuzzi was a delightful bonus, and we enjoyed a lovely family time there. The hotel is very family-friendly; traveling with a small child, we were glad to know a baby crib is available for families with young kids. Another point we appreciated was the staff’s attitude—no matter the hour, whenever we had an extra question or needed something, they were always eager to help and responded kindly. Overall, we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The hospitality and service were excellent, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended, especially for families with children!

The room was cozy, spacious, and impeccably clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It isn’t in the city center, but the center is easily reachable by taxi or a 10–20 minute walk. No complaints.
