Hotel De Cruise - New Delhi Railway Station

“Best location”

The hotel's location was its best feature, being conveniently situated near the railway station and metro station. This made it easy for me to get around the city, but unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to my expectations in other areas.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it failed to match the pictures I had seen. The room was in a deplorable state, with dust and dirt covering every surface, and I was not provided with even the basic amenities such as towels or drinking water. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, with one member attempting to take control of my phone to write a review on my behalf.

“the room was impeccably clean and well-appointed...the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful”

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, with every aspect exceeding my expectations. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and modern décor. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The food was also delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the helpful and courteous staff, including the manager, Mr. Ankit, and Nazim.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's food quality, which was excellent value for money. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, making my stay a pleasant one. However, I did find it strange that the reviewer mentioned that everything was good, as it seemed like a rather bland and unenthusiastic review.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Paharganj, where everything exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculately clean, and the food quality was impressive. I must extend my gratitude to Mr. Ankit and Nazim for their outstanding service. However, I found it a bit challenging to pinpoint any areas for improvement, as everything seemed to be working in harmony.
